I have completed my Bachelors in Commerce with 5.95 CGPA.
10th- 77%
12th- 77%
What will be the chance of getting offer letter from Canadian college/University for masters/PGDM with IELTS 7 bands? Which one i should prefer college or University?
 
You should look into master's programs at universities. Research their minimum admissions requirements on their websites.
