Student Visa Application

Hi,

I want to apply for student permit. I reside in Saudi Arabia. The ties between Saudi Arabia and Canada are not well and they are no longer processing visa applications from Saudi Arabia.

From where can i apply study permit and how long will be the application processing time.

My classes starts from January 07th.

Hello,

As for what I've read in a couple of threads, seems that the embassy in saudi is still processing visas. But if the info is wrong and they are not processing visas, then your home country is the best option. And the processing time varies from one country to another.
