1) I think its a diploma program you should go to higher program in university but you are going to lower program chances are less buddy according to me even its a new program
2) your ielts scores are also very less for post graduate course .

. Sorry buddy only 10 percent chances according to me

Thank u for information.

No it is not a diploma . It is a graduate certificate program where minimum requirement of a qualification is Bechlor's Degee in relevant discipline.

Then What is your suggestion ??

Still it's lower than your last qualification. VO may not see it favourably.

As pointed out you need to work on your IELTS score also.

University is a better option with your qualification and experience;the only drawback is
it will be in general category and hence bit more documentation and visa processing times
may be longer. Good Luck

That is true it is less than my last qualification. But My visa Consultant told that I can also apply in spp category. I have course gap for 3 years.

The course that i am planning to apply it is new technology in our field.

For this course requirement of ielts is overall 6.0

then what is the problem ??

I don't have a problem :). VO may have a problem. Discuss thoroughly
about these points with your consultant and if he's confident then go
for it. Cheers.

Your ielts is not 6. It's 5.75. It is low. (The word is low, or lower. Not less or lesser.)

If majority of students have an average of 6.5 or 7 or higher, who do you think the school will pick? Especially as your reading, writing and speaking is under 6. Those are extremely important for being able to study here.

Also, instead of quoting yourself and reposting as a comment, work on your post title instead. "Study pemit application (urgent)" is extremely nondescript. Make sure your post title reflects your question. It is also a basic skill you will have to have when writing your essay assignments.

Thank you for valuable information YYZ student.

I got the idea. I need to improve my IELTS score.

What is a minimum score which makes my profile strong ???

I think course is right, If you you can prove that it will add something to your profile and you will have better prospects after completing this course.
