Hello everyone,

I've a question regarding a student visa to Canada.
If I was able to get a student Visa through one of the Canadian Universities in Ontario, how can I change it to PR? When would I be able to apply for Citizenship?
Note that the program is for PhD in Engineering, so it's approximately 3 years.
