Student visa and overall profile

My name is Redom i applied for students visa in 6 months ago but my visa was rejected due to the reasons of 1.i am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay, as stiputed in subsection 216 (1) of the IRPR,based on the purpose of your visit.
(2)your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your previous studies, language abilities and your future prospects and plans.
My ielts score was 5.5 now i have improved my score futuremore my score is now 6.5 and i want to apply in a university previously i applied in a College moreover i will pay my tuition fees after visa. I also have 1.5 years gap can anyone suggest me how can i increase my chances of visa and get the visa?
