I am confronting two issues regarding my online application at the CIC website, where both are about uploading my documents. Meanwhile I have successfully uploaded all the other files.
The two files are:
THE PROOF OF MEANS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT. I tried to upload the PDF file several times and everytime I got the same error telling me BAD REQUEST Error 400, although the file size is 2.8MB, which is below the required space of 4MB.
Secondly, is the “Client Information” under the Optional Documents section, the same error comes up to me after a long wait for file uploading "attached screenshot" of the error. Taking into consideration that the PDF size is 3.08MB as well.
I have removed cookies, tried different browsers and also cleared the whole history to avoid any broken links or anything.
So, what shall I do to complete my application and upload those two files. I would start my classes next Jan and till now I couldn't finish my application.
