Hello,
If the Federal skilled worker Visa did not go well...Rejected (but i am appealing now)...what the chances that i can issue a student Visa? well they rejected that i have bad history now?

skill worker rejection will not affect on your student visa application ................collect the required documents for student visa and submit with confidence i hope you will get student permit .......
