Student permit without education loan

I have got admission in Humber college, Canada for 3 years Advanced Diploma study. I also did my Diploma in Fine arts in 1999. I have visited all banks but no bank is provide education loan for Diploma study. My brother who is citizen of Canada and he is sponsoring me and taking all financial responsibility. In this situation, can I apply for student permit under SPP?

If not, can I apply for the same in general category?

well if ur bro is sponsoring y do u need SPP just show his income papers and you are good to go
