I am planning to apply for a student permit in Canada for 2024.
I will be applying with my spouse (who will need a Spouse Open Work Permit - SOWP) and our two children (who will need visitor visas).
My question is: can I submit a single application for all four of us, or do I need to submit separate applications for each family member?
Additionally, I understand the standard processing time for student permits is around 11 weeks. Since I'm applying with my family, will the processing time be significantly longer?
Thank you for your clarification.

Each are separate applications under one account. If children are school age, they apply for study permits. Even if applying together, they are all assessed separately so processing may be different for each. You may be approved first but SOWP takes much longer.

Can anyone clarify me about how many hours we can work on open work permit? My friend is working 40hours week in daytime for one employer and 40 hours per week at night time for another employer. He totally works 80 hours per week. Is it legel or will he face problems at the time of PR application?
