Hi, Kindly give me a answer for this - Urgent
I'am 34 years age, married, I have an Executive Diploma for Business Administration (GPA- 2.62)+ A Top up degree in UK on Banking & Finance (second upper- Credit 120) + Work experience more than 12 year including managerial experience above 6 years in Financial Industry (in my home country) and my spouce is having more than 7 year work experience + High school ( Advanced Level)
Currently CRS score 398 with spouse / 407 as a single, 1. I'am have applied for graduate certificate in financial planning in centennial collage for 01 year. Will i be able to get the PR within the 1 year PGWP?
2. If not what are the options remaining to get the PR?
Others can comment as well but first challenge might convincing a visa officer the fact you have a banking and finance degree already and work experience in finance that taking a course in financial planning would not make much sense given would your degree and experience not already have this element. Also even attending such a course you have to convince the visa officer that it will improve your prospects in your home country, might be hard with your current degree and experience you already have in the finance industry.
As for a one year PGWP generally not considered long enough given assumes will walk straight into a job on completing a course so general recommendation is to go for a 2 year course.
