Student Permit Extension POF

Hi, I need insights and advice, please..

This is our situation: SP and OWP

In our 1st application, we were sponsored. The validity of our permit is this July 2023. We need to apply for a student permit extension because I was deferred and also because of the course availability. I only have 6 courses remaining. Here are my questions:

1. For our application for a student permit, can we submit without a sponsor because our sponsor backed out due to her business struggling I have a balance on the tuition of around 6k that will be paid by advance monthly installment. Then our bank accounts right now have a balance of around 5k. Both OWP and SP have regular jobs. Will this suffice for the POF requirement?

2. Do I have to submit an SOP and LOI explaining the extensions? If so, where can I get samples?

IMO you should be fine without a sponsor with what you mentioned, tuition is installments, you have some $$ in the bank and yourself and spouse are working. They want to see that you can support yourself, which sounds like you are doing. You don't have to write a new SOP, in your LOE just explain everything you have mentioned here. The deferral, what courses are remaining then the finances. You could submit docs showing the income you are bringing in, NOAs would be the best proof.

I certainly wouldn't say you have a sponsor if you don't. That would be misrepresentation.
