Hi,

I am an international student and I have my study permit and multiple entry visa expiring in August 31st 2012. I am taking summer school currently which ends in June and was planing to travel back home in june. So I sent my documents to Buffalo to extend my visa on may 10th to continue my studies in september. and on 18th when I was checking the canadapost.ca, it showed that my passport has been sent back from buffalo on 18th. I still haven't received my passport due to long weekend. I am just wondering if CIC extends the visas in one week only or did they just refused my application? ( I have extended my stay several times and never had a problem )
(Also I haven't enrolled in fall/winter session of my school since I am allowed to entrol in mid june)

Thanks in advance
