I'm a Canadian PR holder and I am planning to move to Canada in 2019.
I want to do a Masters (studying either business or an engineering field) from Canada and can self finance 60-80% of my tuition etc but I need a loan for the remaining amount.
Am I eligible for OSAP or British Columbia student loans because I am living outside Canada and I haven't been living in those two states for 12 months. I think you have to be a resident of a state for 12 months before you can get student loans. Am I wrong about this?
What are my options for getting 10-20k CAD funding for 1 year of study?
