Hi! I'm wondering for those who have studied full-time French provided by immigration Quebec, and then applied for student loans...
Specifically section 4.E. on the form. Does the French count as full-time studies? I did study full-time but I thought maybe this course doesn't "count" the same as other education.
Wondering because it helps determine if I will be considered an independent applicant.
