] if statement is not 4 months old can student loan on that money which u have put in your account will serve the purpose of statement as bank manager will provide a certificate of student loan .
it works for Australia.will it be affective for Canada as well or simple money in the bank with statement not so old than 15 days
if my father is supporting me can i only put his assets documents(land,house etc) only and attaching his bank statement cuz it is not maintened,but i have sufficient money in my personal account about (40,000 CAD) and my expense of 2 yrs of study is 28000 CAD
should there be any property of my own to proof of my coming back to my country(am engineer)i hope it should not be problem for the skilled workers
please waiting for some to guide me i really need help i can't wait for four months as i have received acceptance letter from the university for September session and i will be late if i wait for four months

I would wait until you have collected 4 months bank statements. Do not take shortcuts. It clearly states in the guidance notes that accompany the student application form “your bank statements for the past four months”.

The loan scam you are talking about, the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad already know about this.
The scenario is you get together with the bank manager by giving him a bribe in return he will give you a loan amount against account assets of the people you bring forward to help you. Once you have your visa the loan on paper is repaid back straight away plus whatever interest has been occurred.
It is a nice simple setup to fake a fund statement!! Only in Pakistan!!!
