I have admit in McGill university in canada and PR is in process. I'll be getting PR before I joined the bschool. Will I be eligible for Canadian government student loan? Even if I finance my 1st year of college will I get student loan from Canadian government in 2nd year? As I will be staying in the country for 1 year by then.
