Student from US applying to MUN

We are about to submit our daughter's Certificate of Citizenship application. My wife is a Canadian Citizen living and working in the US (for over 25 years now) but she grew up in Newfoundland and went to nursing school there. My daughter now wants to go to MUN which she has been accepted for this fall. My question is, "Is she considered an international student?". We assume so even though her citizenship is really not in question but we assume we need to apply anyway (or must apply). It is much more expensive as an international student. Additionally, can she become a non-international student once she gets her certificate of citizenship? Thank you, she is very excited about college at MUN in St. John's

New foundland is not expensive As compared to BC or Ontario. But yeah your best bit is to call the course co-ordinator. Call them Sir, You will never see any confusion.

Thats the best way or perhaps email them. Still recommend to call them directly.

1. With proof of citizenship, she will pay local rates, there is no out of province rates at MUN, only local and international.
