Currently I'm studying in Seneca College with a study permit, my wife is working fulltime on a NOC B position so I think I'm ok with applying a spouse open work permit. But when I try apply online and state I'm a student, the system only give me the option for coop-wp or PGWP. And when I state I'm a visitor, it allows me to apply for a spouse open work permit.
