Hi, I'm asking for a Polish friend of mine. He arrived a few days ago in Canada for March intake so he is currently in quarantine and his visa got stamped for the 1 year period from March 2021 until the studies finish in March 2022. Now he wants to defer to May intake which is 2 months later while of course still being in Canada. He says it's not enough time after getting out of quarantine studies are starting immediately. He said he needs some more time to get settled and everything seems to happen so in a rush.
Is it possible or not even allowed? If so, where can he let IRCC know?
