we applied in October 14 2023 and acknowledgment of receipt was on Dec 9, 2023 It is outside of Quebec Outland application.
This could be for myriad reasons. Chief among them being concerns that the relationship to the sponsor may have been questioned, but this appears to be an issue with the
Sponsor eligibility (assuming SPR = sponsor in the notes).
We’re married for 12 years. My husband got his PR last year but listed me and our daughter as non-accompanying to have higher express entry score. Can this be an issue? He has been in Canada since 2020 continuously working, and applied inside Canada in October 2023 and still there since then. He had also his first pr application refused in 2020 where I was also included but that because he moved to another province for the new job and they canceled nomination. Never applied for welfare and he filed his taxes for 2021, 2022, 2023 years. Why they would send him for double checks
