Stuck on a question about address

Ok so, here's my issue. My wife has a TRP which allows multiple entry (she can come and go from Canada) because she was criminally inadmissible for shoplifting misdemeanour in the USA. She has been staying with me in Canada under a valid TRP but she still has bills in the USA, school, and work in the USA (we live on the border). Now, I'm not sure whether to put my home address as her address on the sponsorship forms and say we live together because she stays with me on a TRP or if I need to put her USA address even though she RARELY spends nights in the USA. An agent at my border said to put the USA address, but she has been with me every day since I moved because of the TRP. So, if I say we aren't living together on the forms that's a lie. What do I do? This process is so overwhelming.

Edit: We now have rehabilitation for her shoplifting charge which is why we are doing the sponsorship process.

Put the Canadian address.

Outland spousal sponsorship......PA USA address

Inland spousal sponsorship......PA Canada address

Perfectly fine to use a Canadian address for an outland app.
