We have ordered the notes. And their is a note from 07/2018 to put us in the interview queue. We have heard nothing. The PR is being processed in Mexico. My husband is currently undocumented living in the US. He has a possession crime from 1988 that was expunged and a probation violation from 1990 that was also expunged. If he leaves the US he can not come back in. We have been married for 22 years and have 3 children. As anyone else been through something similar??

Are lawyers checked the notes. And according to them their has been no activity since July when it notes "please place in interview queue". They believe they want to talk to us because of the criminality not because of the validity of our relationship. Our lawyer is preparing another letter to further address the criminality in hope's of resolving it without an interview.
Is it normal to have heard nothing for this long? Also we spoke with three different lawyers from three different firms before proceeding with this, each said we could get a positive response. But now it doesn't seem so good...were we being deceived?
