Strong Ties Outside Canada - Convincing VO

My name is Anthony, a Nigerian, 29yrs of age and married, I live and work in Kuwait where the residence is renewed every year, I completed secondary school in the year 2012. I am working as a technical support representative, and I recently got admitted studying a 2yr undergraduate diploma in Canada, i recently paid my one-year tuition. I live with my spouse here in Kuwait and she will be sponsoring my education, as well note my spouse is a Spanish national.

My area of concern:

Is POF from account in Spain going to be an issue?
How do I prove to the VO I will leave after study (Strong ties outside canada)?
Have I any worries regarding my age?

How do I prove to the VO I will leave after study (Strong ties outside canada)? Job offer, properties, business, investment, spouse. You don’t live in country of citizenship so that will be a big factor in not returning.
Have I any worries regarding my age? Yes. You are taking an undergrad program at 29 where many students will be 17-18 years old. You have to show and justify why you are spending all this money to study in Canada and what career opportunities it will give you. You need to show career advancement. You have to explain why you need to take the course now and didn’t apply 10 years ago.

I haven't been financially capable to enroll in a higher institution, hence my spouse support. Thou I have some properties.

You need to show ties to return - job with better pay, spouse, investments etc. So you have not been able to afford any schooling in any country. Your program must build on career and show higher pay to justify costs. If spouse is Spanish, why not study in Spain.

Where did you get that information? Sounds like it is taken from the college brochure. You are doing a 2 year diploma not studying at a world class, research university. What research do you do in a college program? How does your program lead to high road to success in your home country? That is what you need to prove since you are almost 30 and taking a program with 17 and 18 year olds. Have you not done any research about the housing crisis and that most international students get low paying jobs in the service sector.

Nigerian living in Kuwait and working there with spouse. Payment is coming from Spain? 99% Rejection

Well you would have some idea of the jobs available in Nigeria and the wages to state that you will be making xx amount. You want to show the career opportunities with salaries to justify costs of the program. You are not a citizen of Kuwait so better for ties to Nigeria.
