I got my medicals received at cic on 20th January 2017. Haven't heard from cic since, about my passport request or any documents that they need from me. My PR application says that my file is on process. It's going to be 16 months next week since they have received the complete application package.
Should I call the call Centre or fill the Web form because the PR process of my application has crossed the time limit of 16 months?
I had applied for PR within Canada as a Provencial nominee at BC Nova scotia. I am really concerned please if someone can help me out.

Thank you
Joydeep.

Hi, I am exactly the same case as yours. I got the medical done and paid the RTPR fees and submitted all the additional required documents in November 2016. Still no outcome. I called the CIC call center last week and they said to wait till my exact 16 months (to the date) are over and then call them again and also complete the webform on their CIC website. But ONLY after exact 16 months are over can the people in the call center call the relevant CIO office. So I am going to call them next week as my 16 months will be over this week. I was also a BCPNP applicant. Paper based application. I so regret applying through the paper based application. Should have gone for the EE. Too late now. But yeah...call CIC after the exact date once your 16 months are up. Good luck!
