still not clear on how to fill out Statutory Declaration for Common Law

We are not clear on what COUNTRY and address to use (the very first field) Situation is my canadian citizen partner and I have been living common law in the Philippines. He wants to sponsor me to Canada where we will live at his home. He is a tourist here.
So where it says country do we put Canada or Philippines?
And do we put the canadian address where we will be living if we get approved or the Philippine address where we are living common law.

You will have to put the Philippine address where you are living common-law. You are not at the Canadian address yet, so it won't work.
