Still no luck linking OWP..it's been 4 months now.

I still haven't been able to link my OWP meanwhile people from the same date of submission as mine in the timeline are getting theirs approved and received in the mail and I can't even link the stupid thing. I'm super worried and stressed and the whole situation is starting to make me angry.

Try calling them and ask for an update.

I tried calling and the woman couldn't tell me why I couldn't link. All she said is it's still waiting to be processed since it's in the processing timeframe pretty much which is what they told me in the emails prior to me calling and it doesn't really help. I tried multiple different combos, double checked I'm doing it correctly, everything and it still says that it can't find any applications matching to my info. I'm just going to give up everything and go back home at this point because it's frustrating me so much.

If you are within the time frame you can wait a bit longer. Once it's past 4 months you can call again. It is frustrating I know but all we can do is wait hopefully.

Do you have a copy of your owp application? If yes try to go through it when linking. Sometimes it's just a minor error that doesn't correspond to the information we put on the paper application that makes it difficult to link it.

I don't have a copy of it unfortunately. I just filled out the info and printed out the same day I sent it out.

The good side is they told you it's still in process (it's not incomplete). As you are on the 4 months mark you should receive a decision made soon. Try checking via their IVR for updates.

I know it's frustrating- we waited almost 6 months for our OWP. But on the up side, we got our DM much much sooner than all the people that got OWP before us.
