So it's been a year since I created my EE profile, and I received a message in my Inbox today saying my profile has expired. What are the steps needed to reactivate my profile? Do I need to withdraw this one and create a new one?
Also, does anyone have any idea when the OINP intake is likely to reopen?

I created a new profile thru the same account. Then after 2 weeks I have received an e-mail from OINP that they couldn't locate my account anymore, that was the time that I have informed them (I replied to the email only) that my first profile expired and that I created a new one. I gave them the new EE number that was generated.
Then few days after, I received the nomination through the new profile.
You'll need to create a new profile, but you don't have to create a new job bank profile. Once you create your new profile, just link your job bank profile to it and you'll be good to go.
