Hi,

A query regarding the targeted STEM draw: Upon reviewing the Express Entry Year-End Report 2022, I noticed that there were only 3,848 (2022) and 13,097 (2021) invitations listed under the Software Engineers and Designers, which appears to be a low number. I understand that there are 24 NOC codes in the tech occupations. Considering this, will the IRCC allocate a percentage for each NOC code during the STEM draw? I ask because some individuals have mentioned not receiving invitations despite meeting the minimum score.
