Hi,
One of my cozn hv Canadian PR. He is a refugee there.he got 2yrs jail bcoz of serious crime.he has removal order, after dat he appealed n it was approved. Court/immigration gave 5 yrs stay order which is going to complete on 1st feb 2016. My question is after completing a stay order will they deport him or he can stay...if anyone had experienced plz guide me wat they ll do next aftr completing the stay order...

The stay order doesn't eliminate the departure order - it just puts the departure order on hold for a while. Once the stay order is lifted, your cousin will be under a removal/departure order again which will turn into a deportation order after 30 days. Probably time to consult with a very good immigration lawyer...

Thanks for reply...can he sponsor his wife if deportation order cancelled?

Hard to say. His crime may prevent him from qualifying as a sponsor even if the departure/deportation order is lifted. Again, he needs to speak with a very good immigration lawyer.
