I have an open work permit valid until October-2026 and my CRS score after completing one year of Canadian work experience would be around 465 and I'm a software engineer with around 11 years of work experience ( 10 years in US and a year in Canada). Should i stay in Canada after one year of CEC or go back to US where I've work authorization and wait for PR draws to see if I have any chance of getting picked ?

You won't be picked with a score of 465 unless you know French and have achieved a score of at least clb7 in the French test.
