I got my US Visit Visa refused in Jan-17 and i have stated "YES" in the statutory questions sections. My questions:
a) Do i need to upload any supporting document? I only have may application page with me.
b) I heard about filling some form called IMM 5669E, do i have to because i think it is for old paper filing immigration process? Can anyone confirm?
c) I have explained the reason for rejection in LoE which the interviewing officer gave me verbally, would that suffice?
