Hii seniors.
I m new to this forum. Need one help.
I have submitted my application on 13aug after getting ITA. but i have made mistake in answering Statutory questions. I was refused student visa but I answered the questions as NO. I have submitted the stamped page in my application.
How can i notify CIC or make changes to application now and correct the questions abt visa refusal??
Same mistake I have also made...........
Hi Guys,
I don't remember seeing the statutory questions, my visa to UK has been rejected before, my spouse is the primary applicant.
Can I view the statutory questions? Is this asked for spouse as well? I can't seem to remember this.
Submit a CSE immediately asking to correct the answer of that Stat question!
To view your stat questions you need to go to your original EE application (the libe below the ITA), click on the View button (blue) then you can view the forms you have submitted.
Ok, I checked my application and looks like I did answer it incorrectly. :-[
So I guess will raise a CSE immediately, do you know if they acknowledge any CSE that we raise?

They do, they say they'll take 20 days to look into it, after which you should receive some kind of confirmation that they've corrected your mistake. Usually they will process the CSE sooner... but no garantees.

Thanks g126, will follow up using the CSE.
Argh! What a stupid thing to do, hope they accept this as few others seemed to have made the same mistake before but are now on the way to PR.
hello, I had the same problem - I overlooked at the question and didn't think about prior tourist visa refusal from other countries...
how to view the statutory questions and answers from EE profile? I can't seem to find the link :/
have you raised CSE for that? thanks!
Send CSE right away as there is a risk of misrepresentation
