Hoping to clarify something. We are filling out the Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union (I am the sponsor, my partner is the applicant - we know it's not mandatory but are including it in our supporting evidence for the 'just-in-case' moment that the immigration officer wants it)
Anyways, we are stuck on what to put "...declare that we have cohabited in a conjugal relationship for (insert) years"
We have been together since September 2009 but only living together since September 2011.
Advice?
