My status has recently been changed to 'Decision Made' on the cic website, and the next step is oath request. My question is when the cic send out the oath invication, does my online account show it? That means, by checking by online status can I know whether I've been requested for the oath? Or I should only wait for the mail?

Your status will change online and you will also get a snail mail.
