Status removed from ECAS

Hi All,

I am able to login into my ECAS but it is not reflecting any status today whereas it was 5 lines before, has anyone else faced the same issue?

In my case my access has been lost today. Not sure what has happened - "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

I also received the same message when tried in Chrome browser with application number, then tried a diff browser with receipt number...suggest you also try the same.

Hi Friends,

I was able to access ecas until last night

but when I tried to open my ECAS with Application number, I lost access.

Then I tried with UCI number, It's showing only two boxes of addresses whereas the other box which contains "PR Application Status" has disappeared.

Hey Gautam - I am not able to login with ie and firefox too. One quick question, how do you get the receipt number, I only use application no to login?

Actually I paid RPRF later on request as seen in my timeline and hence using that receipt number. If you have UCI number, you can try with that too.

I have exactly the same issue as yours, working with UCI without the link.

In Process status disappeared.

Hope that it brings good news for all of us.
