Status not being updated?

Hi

I applied through VFS in Bangladesh. Now after medical I submitted my passport and for the last 2.5 weeks vfs tracker says passport in on the way to Singapore from Dhaka in transit.... should I be worried!? VFS people dont seem to be helping too much. My medical reports reached on the 4th of July, ie 19 days back and I resubmitted my passport to vfs on the 2nd of July. Shouldn't a decision been made by now?

The delay can be due to High load of application at this time of year.......most of the CHC offices are busy i think.........
