Status in Canada application/statement of income for child tax benefit

I became a permanent resident on Feb 11th 2015 and had my daughter on the 24th of feb, i am filling out an application for the child tax benefit i need help filling it out. Part D immigration status is asking if I was a permanent resident or a temp resident or protected persons enter the dates to cover the entire period for which you are applying for benefits does this apply to me? And does Temporary resident has lived in canada throughout the previous 18 months apply to me? Also ask for each visitor record work permit study permit etc that covers the period after your 18 months of residency enter the start date and expiry date. Does any of this apply to me being that im already a permanent resident? Thanx for the help
