I sent my documents on 6th March n received file number on 25th march. My online status is showing "Decision made" and also states "Medical Result received" but never received any letter for medical nor have i send it.
From many forums i checked, "Decision made" status before medicals leads to rejection but in my case it clearly says medical received, there is no communication from CHC ND so far.

contact your visa office my email, they are very prompt in replying and you should receive a response between 24-48 hrs, If I were you I would do this rather than speculate and worry.
