Status Changed

Dear Friends,

I have received refusal letter in June 2009 from immigration office. But in that letter they have mentioned that I should submit IELTS TRF with in 90 days. The online status was also changed to "DECISION MADE".
But I was unable to submit the TRF with in due time and I have submitted it in November 2009 (2 months later). Today when I was checking online status, it has changed to "IN PROCESS".
Have they accepted the TRF after due date? Any idea
