I have received RPRF reciept since near abt 10 days but there is no change in my ecas till now..not even they have updated abt the Medicals.. though they have received my medicals on 17th march and date of BD encashment of RPRF is also the same...Does that show that they are done with the processing and are ready to send the visa?? I am bit worried abt this.. This wait is killing me..!

if you hav an account you can get the Draft made in any currency from the Forex/ Trade finance section of the bank.
i think it does not matter from whose a/c the draft is being made.
before sending the draft Confirm the currency in which it is to be sent. I think it is to be sent in the currency in which the visa office is located/ where your file is being processed. London=Pounds.
