i urgently need help to clarify some issues.
I got PPR request on 19/04/2018 and forwarded this to VO in Ghana through DHL from Nigeria and was received at the VO office on 25/04/2018.
On 28/04/2018, MyCIC account was updated with final decision stating 'My application was Approved. i was then waiting for e-mail for me to pick our documents.
On checking the status again on 10/05/2018, i noticed that the status has changed back to 'Your application is still progress, we will send you a message once the final decision is taken'.
what could be the issue in this instance. i need urgent clarification and what to do?
