Processed Passport received at VFS Canada VAC Chandigarh on 16/08/2012. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:
Original Invoice cum Receipt
Passport copy
Note: Should you wish to get your passport collected by your representative, you are required to handover a authority letter duly signed by you along with a photo Identity proof of your representative(i.e. Driving license, Passport, or PAN card).

Havent you opted for Courier pickup?

You have to visit VFS CHD to collect the processed passport.

It means that your case has been processed and your passport is ready for collection.

I'm assuming that you didn't opted for the courier service. So, you will have to collect the passport from VFS office personally. You will have to show the receipt they gave you after file submission and a copy of your passport.

If you have submitted the file through a consultant/representative, then I think they will be collecting the passport on your behalf.

Is your agent based in Chandigarh? How much embassy fee did they charged from you?

It would be best if could give your agent a call, so that you will be sure that they are going to collect the passport on your behalf.

they took 8500 RS as embassy fee,i have called them and they said you will get the result of your visa by 11 AM tomorrow

Without courier service total application fee (including VFS charges) is Rs. 7361/- and if we opt for courier service then an extra fee of Rs. 255/- is charged making it total Rs. 7616/-
