Statements from friends & family - which form/question do they relate to?

Hi - UK guy here, being sponsored by my Canadian girlfriend.

Been lurking and reading this forum for a while, thanks for the great info!

We have many letters/statements from friends and family declaring our common law relationship to be true, loving, long-lasting etc. Which form & question do these letters accompany? My guess would be...

* Sponsorship Form IMM 5540 - questions 13 or 14

or

* Immigration form IMM 5940 - questions 10 or 11

Just to clarify - I am wondering how to file these letters within the overall application. Should I include some wording at the top/bottom of the page which states which question or part of the application these letters relate to?

In the form IMM 3901E (western europe country specific instructions), Appendix A is the immigrant Document Checklist

number 10 is "Proof of Relationship to Sponsor", and here it specifies that we provide "at least two statutory declarations from individuals with personal knowledge of your relationship supporting your claim that the relationship is genuine and continuing"

But as I said, it seems that these letters could be extra material relating to Form IMM 5540 (q. 13 & 14) and/or Form IMM 5940 (q.10 & 11)
