Starting inland sponsorship OR extend visitor status in a short timeframe ?

My fiance came to Canada under visitor status. We had been married 2 months after she arrived and she is living with me during her maximum 6 months limit. I want to apply for inland spousal sponsorship. However, It will take 2-3 months to get Marriage Certificate in order to apply for her PCC which is another month. It seems we cannot make it before her status expiry.

Can she apply to extend her stay as a visitor on the basis that I will be filing an inland sponsorship application?

OR could I apply the sponsorship now to get AOR by providing only proof after geeting married ( Record of Solemnization of Marriage) without her background check and Medical exam ?

Would IRCC questions about the rush to get her on implied status rather than extend visitor status ? which might leads to the investigation of our genuine relationship and reject my inland application?

Application will be returned as incomplete without marriage certificate. Also, submitting the sponsorship application does not give her implied status. Apply for the visitor record. Wait for the marriage certificate before you submit the sponsorship application.

I suggest you simply apply for a visitors record by providing records of the solemnization of your marriage. Tell them you need time to bond with your new wife. Once you get the Visitor record and remain admissible-processing time is in a few weeks. Then you can apply for your inland sponsorship application.

I applied both Visitor record and inland sponsorship simultaneously. I do have V00XXXXXXX and F0000000XXX files. Not sure, is there any impact? Also, I only have ONE application status tracker account for F0000000XXX file, no BIL received yet. Any idea how long to receive it? Not sure if I can track the Visitor Record at the same time. Thanks for your help !
