Starting an EE profile with IELTS, Canadian master degree and not complete ECA

Hi guys,

I have a question on EE. I'm planning on starting my profile in December after getting IELTS results. I want to create a profile before the year ends because my birthday is in February. I also have an ECA underway but I don't think I will get it by December. What should I do about this? I have a master degree from Canada.

I've been getting response from people that since I have master degree from Canada I don't need ECA

Will I be able to create a profile and submit to the pool in December ? Will I be losing points if I don't do ECA? Will I need ECA if I go through PNP route?

No you don’t get more points. You get points for the highest degree.

So if I don't do ECA, how do I declare my bachelor since they ask if I did ECA?
