Hi,

I am here in Canada on open work permit. Can anyone please help by answering are we allowed to open a company( incorporation for hourly basis job) in Canada on a work permit?

Yes, you are allowed to do that on an open work permit, but the experience will be classified as self-employment, and will not be eligible either under the CEC program, or for Express Entry CRS points. Not recommended if you hope to apply for permanent residence.
