Stamps on Passport - Help and Advice Sought

My understanding is that US would not add missing entries in I94. But as Richie said it doesn't hurt asking US customs. Start collecting documents such as lease, payslips, utility bills, OHIP report, air tickets/boarding pass, credit card statements, bank statements etc. Good luck.

He was convinced about everything else. All his question was why two US entry stamps are missing.
Let me see what they send.

Can someone tell me, the RQ, CIT etc are given at time of the interview right ?

I have same day visit USA, but no stamp. I think it is as because, I use the same i94 slip. But I can see all exit entry to USA through (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home)

Does the CBSA report have entries in the US / exit from Canada ?
That is where I am confused, he did not give me any thing , just told me he will mail request.....

CBSA have entries to Canada. CBSA may have access to exits from Canada to USA starting June 2013.
However, if CBSA requests to you to get USA entries or countries where you have traveled, you need to provide the records from those countries.

Are you from visa exempt country or you use VISA to enter USA? If you have a visa to enter USA then you must have had i94 record. Once i94 is issued passport is usually not stamped till the date when it expires.

Did you check your i94 records? Are these accurate? Usually entries are missing and exits are not recorded properly.

Go for FOIA request which will bring all your entries to USA. Here is the link:

Create an account and do not continue as guest else you won't receive your records.

FOIA records are usually more accurate, detailed and complete.

The records can take few days to many weeks to process.

Once you get request from CIC, let us know what type of request it is and then we will guide you accordingly.

The missing stamp is from 2011 and was a road trip. It goes beyond the 5 years history so it is not online

Good thing is I am not from a Visa Exempt country

Appreciate the suggestion, I have requested the FOIA.

Now keeping fingers crossed. ecas has not changed yet.

They issued me CIT0520 after the test as I was missing two stamps into the US.

CIT0520 is requesting.

All pages from passport
Rental/Lease agreement
Paystubs
Children school records
CRA Notice of assessments
Bank/Credit card statements
Medical Records
USA entries/exit records

I have applied for FOIA Entry/Exit in US and have rest of the documents.

Please suggest
