Hi I submitted my passport for stamping on Dec 8th to Bangladesh VFS. I’m the dependent candidate. Note that, my husband got his ECOPR last week.

May I know how long its take to get delivered?

The hold up was for the prinicipal applicant to land virtually first. Now that has been done, you should be getting it within a couple of weeks hopefully!
