Stamping for PR application

I have completed the landing process for PR application then came back to the USA. I have one copy of COPR signed by CBSA. My plan is to travel to Canada by air. I am informed by CBSA that I have to get visa stamping from Canada Embassy, by presenting my signed COPR and passport.

Kindly advise how I can go ahead for stamping process.

Since you have already completed the landing, you are now a PR. You cannot apply for a visa. Instead, you need to apply for a PRTD

Once you have the PRTD, you can fly back to Canada. Alternatively, you can either wait for your PR card to be issued, or cross into Canada by car with your COPR.
