St. Lawrence College in Toronto (Alpha Academy)

my agent is convincing me to join this college Alpha International Academy in Toronto whic it says is St. Lawrence college diploma, but i am hearing rumors that this school will be closed down, no one is giving me right info......i am trying to call this college to ask them for info, but it is always going to voicemail. can somebody please give me info about this college. I am very stressed and dont know what to do. Please tell me info as my future is depended. My agent says this school is easy to pass, and not much attendance required.
